All raw material used deeply correspond to European Laws for health and environment protection. Bobines are splitted according to their height (53,70 and 106 cm) and grammage, coated on paper or non woven backing and then sent to the next phase of printing and embossing.

COATING
The non-woven backing is subjected to pvc coating process worked directly in our company.
Obtained bobins show up as a smooth coating in the width 53,70 and 106 cm.
step 2
PRINTING
Bobins after having been coated , they are printed. Our printing machines have six working color stations each one.
Each station has the ability to transfer a specific color on the sheet through a cylinder especially designed. The work of all the six elements brings to the finalisation of the wallpaper’s printing.

EMBOSSING
The embossing consists in heating the already printed coated up to the expansion of the pvc. The soft materiali s so embossed through steel or copper cylinders and simultaneously iced, so that to obtain permanent embossed effects. At these temperatures, all organic substances which could generate mould or bacteria are eliminated. All this being tested with analisys and tests to specialized laboratories.

PACKAGING
Rolls are carefully labelled and packed, closed in boxes and sent to the warehouse.
Packaging in line allows to guarantee the product to arrive to the final consumer as protected as possible to light and humidity which may damage it.

PARATO SINCE 1985
Its foundation dates back to 1985 thanks to Mario Masi a manager who did a great job into the Italian market of the wall decoring and then suddenly started to conquer bigger and bigger parts of abroad markets.
Many investments on productivity as the purchasing of new machines for printing,embossing, coating and the workers training as well as the particular attention to markets and the great skill of his founder, allow Parato srl to deeply grow over the years as to finally need a new department and a new place in 2002.

Parato Srl ha partecipato alla Fiera Internazionale Heimtextil 2025, svoltasi a Francoforte dal 14 al 17 gennaio, grazie al Contributo di euro 15.240,00 concesso dalla Regione Lazio e cofinanziato dalla Comunità Europea - CUP F18C25002240006, portando in scena il meglio della propria creatività e capacità produttiva.
Durante l’evento, il nostro stand ha ricevuto un importante riconoscimento attraverso tre targhe ufficiali, simbolo di qualità e visione contemporanea.
"Futur Continuous" di Alcova, un'iniziativa che valorizza i brand con una forte spinta verso l’innovazione e la cultura del design, ha selezionato Parato Srl per il nostro approccio orientato al futuro e al dialogo con le nuove estetiche dell’interior. Siamo stati inoltre inseriti nel "Interior Architectural Hospital Area", un percorso tematico che evidenzia le soluzioni più adatte a spazi pubblici e strutture sanitarie, grazie alla qualità tecnica e alla versatilità delle nostre proposte. Infine, abbiamo ricevuto la targhetta "Sustainable Selection", che certifica l’impegno di Parato Srl nella produzione responsabile, con attenzione ai materiali, ai processi e alla riduzione dell’impatto ambientale.
